This track is solely open to students of Department of Agricultural and Food Science, Faculty of Science, UTAR.
Participating teams are required to hand in ONE proposal and ONE food product.
All competition submissions must be written in English.
Each team will be given a seed fund of RM50.
The organizers will sponsor the raw purple sweet potatoes to the participating teams.
Each team are required to prepare 5 set of food products for submission.
The dates of mid-point check will be on 14 July 2022 (Thursday), 8am and 18 July 2022 (Monday), 8am.
The date of final submission of the food products will be on 26 August 2022 (Friday). A presentation and food tasting session will be held on that day.
Participating teams are required to submit the refined product and related information (eg. nutritional information) after the prize-giving ceremony.
