Terms and Conditions
- This track is solely open to students of Department of Agricultural and Food Science, Faculty of Science, UTAR.
- Participating teams are required to hand in ONE proposal and ONE food product.
- All competition submissions must be written in English.
- Each team will be given a seed fund of RM50.
- The organizers will sponsor the raw purple sweet potatoes to the participating teams.
- Each team are required to prepare 5 set of food products for submission.
- The dates of mid-point check will be on 14 July 2022 (Thursday), 8am and 18 July 2022 (Monday), 8am.
- The date of final submission of the food products will be on 26 August 2022 (Friday). A presentation and food tasting session will be held on that day.
- Participating teams are required to submit the refined product and related information (eg. nutritional information) after the prize-giving ceremony.
